James was born in Garfield, Utah to Irvin R. and H. Lucille Bolin.  Jim had three boys; David, Ronald, and Ross Bolin with his first wife Marion.  After moving to California Jim married his sweetheart Ann L. Owen in 1959.  Jim worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber in California, Salt Lake County, UTA, SLC Corp and Mt Fuel.   

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife Ann; brothers and sisters: Bobby, Duane, Merelda and Beverly. 

The family would like to thank the Avalon Care Center for all the love, care and kindness that they showed him in the last few months.

There will be a family gathering Friday night at the clubhouse from 5-7 p.m.   Funeral services will be held Saturday Feb. 18, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the Meadow Ward 1955 West 400 North, where also friends may call from 8:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.   Interment:  Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at www.larkincares.com
